四川省决定在今后几年将投资1700亿元,加快基础设施建设。今年,四川省已安排280亿元投资建设交通、水利、电网、通讯等108个基础设施项目。今后几年四川要建成以公路为重点,铁路、航空、管道等协调发展的立体交通运输体系,全川铁路干线基本实现电气化,将实施以农村各网络改造为重点的电网、气网、水网、信息网“四网”建设。
