自1987年我国在广州开通第一部移动电话以来,在短短的十多年的时间里,我国手机用户每年以近120％的速度高速增长,成为世界手机普及最快的发展中国家。国家权威部门日前统计,至去年年底,我国手机用户已经达到3800万户,居世界第3位。据保守估计,到今年底我国的手机用户量将达到4300万户,将首次超过法国,仅次于美国。手机,今天已经成为越来越多中国人工作和生活的必需品。
Since China opened its first mobile phone in Guangzhou in 1987, China’s mobile phone users have grown at a rapid rate of nearly 120% every year for more than a decade, becoming the fastest-growing developing country in the world. According to recent statistics from the national authoritative department, by the end of last year, China’s mobile phone users had reached 38 million, ranking third in the world. According to conservative estimates, by the end of this year, the number of mobile phone users in China will reach 43 million, which will surpass France for the first time, second only to the United States. Mobile phones have become a necessity for more and more Chinese people to work and live today.
