一、引言大晶粒材料织构的极图传统上采用逐点标定法绘制(图1)。这种方法没有考虑不同晶粒间体积的差别,不能体现真实的取向分布。对此,人们曾提出若干改进表示法,但在明显程度和定量上均不如细晶粒材料的极密度构绘的极图。本工作按照谐分析,将{hkl}极密度展成级数,利用各晶粒{hkl}的取向和体积百分数求出级数的系数,从而计算出并绘制成定量的极图。二、方法原理多晶体材料在空间任一方向(χ,η)的{hkl}的极密度q_(hkl)(χ,η)为 q_(hkl)(χ,η)=K_qΔV/V/sinχΔχΔη(1)
I. INTRODUCTION The pole figure of large grain material texture is traditionally drawn by point-by-point calibration (Figure 1). This method does not consider the difference between the different grain size, can not reflect the true orientation distribution. In this regard, a number of improved representations have been proposed, but not as significant and quantitative as the polar plot of very fine grained materials. According to the harmonic analysis, this work develops the {hkl} maximal density into series, uses the orientation and volume percentage of each crystal grain {hkl} to find the coefficient of series, and calculates and draws the polar map.
