提出一种基于变异系数的小波降噪效果综合评价方法。根据小波变换理论,分析并比较了传统小波去噪效果的评价方法,发现传统方法都存在一定的局限性。为此,应用变异系数进行赋权,将归一化后的均方根误差、信噪比和平滑度3个指标整合为综合评价指标,该指标的极值对应的层数即为小波分解与重构的最优层数,并用某汽车减振器垂向力信号对本方法进行验证。结果表明:利用变异系数赋权的小波降噪综合评价方法可靠、有效,具有较好的综合性能,对实际工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
A comprehensive evaluation method of wavelet denoising effect based on coefficient of variation is proposed. According to the theory of wavelet transform, the evaluation method of traditional wavelet denoising effect is analyzed and compared, and the traditional methods have some limitations. To this end, the coefficient of variation is used for weighting. The normalized root mean square error, signal-to-noise ratio and smoothness are integrated into three comprehensive evaluation indexes. The number of layers corresponding to the extreme value of the indicator is the wavelet decomposition and The optimal number of layers is reconstructed, and this method is validated by a vertical force signal of a vehicle shock absorber. The results show that the method of wavelet denoising comprehensive evaluation using the coefficient of variation entropy is reliable, effective and has good comprehensive performance, which is of certain reference value for the practical engineering application.
