作为国家试行标准的《中图法》经过多年修订,于1990年2月出版了第三版。笔者通过一年多的使用,感到有某些图书难于归类,在立类方面还存在一些不尽人意的地方。一、应增设综合性手册类目手册是介绍经常需要参考的文化知识和文献资料的工具书,有综合性手册和专科性手册。对专科性手册《中图法》三版将它归入有关各类,对综合性手册,按《中图法》的分类体系,理应归“Z综合性图书”类。《中图法》的Z类是按照图书文献内容综合性的特点和分类的需要
