目的:优化麝香壮骨挥发油微乳的组成,并对优化的微乳处方进行质量评价。方法:以麝香壮骨膏方中提取的挥发油作为微乳的油相,在前期筛选的挥发油微乳处方的基础上,结合星点设计-响应面法优化挥发油微乳的处方组成,并对最终处方进行理化性质研究。结果:麝香壮骨挥发油微乳的最佳处方配比为:Tween-8024.8%、无水乙醇12.4%、挥发油3.21%、蒸馏水59.59%。理化性质考察结果为:麝香壮骨挥发油微乳的p H值为5.40,粒径为12.87nm;电镜下均为球形或近球形的颗粒,粒径在10-100nm之间。结论:本研究成功制备出了澄清透明、均一、黄色的麝香壮骨挥发油微乳,且制剂稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the composition of the volatile oil microemulsion of musk Zhuanggu and to evaluate the quality of the optimized microemulsion prescription. Methods: The volatile oil extracted from the musk Zhuangguo Gou Fang was used as the oil phase of the microemulsion. On the basis of the formulation of the volatile oil microemulsion screened earlier, the prescription composition of the volatile oil microemulsion was optimized with the combination of the star point design - response surface method. Finally, Prescription for physical and chemical properties. Results: The optimum formulation of the essential oil of Musk Zhuanggu was: Tween-8024.8%, ethanol 12.4%, volatile oil 3.21% and distilled water 59.59%. Physical and chemical properties of the results of the study: Musk Zhuanggu volatile oil microemulsion p H value of 5.40, particle size of 12.87nm; under electron microscopy are spherical or nearly spherical particles, particle size between 10-100nm. Conclusion: The study has successfully prepared a clear, uniform, yellow musk Zhuanggu volatile oil microemulsion, and the preparation is stable.
