2013年党的十八届三中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》提到要深化司法体制改革,加快建设公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度,维护人民权益,让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义。随着现代网络技术的发展,各种司法微博微信的运用,司法改革似乎有了新的方向,进行司法信息公开有了新的途径。那么法院又该如何与这种新传播方式进行结合,法院微信公众号应该如何定位?本文对此进行了一些探索。

With the development of modern network technology and the application of various Weibo WeChat micro-blogs, the judicial reform seems to have taken a new direction and a new approach has been taken to open the judicial information. So how should the court combine with this new mode of transmission, how should the court WeChat public number be located? This article has carried on some exploration.
