我们设计、制造一种树脂泪道扩张、冲洗导管,自1980年起对120眼进行治疗和随访,疗效满意,现总结如下:导管的制作用硬脊膜外持续麻醉导管(管外直径为1mm,管内直径为0.64mm,长700mm)将其分剪为每段70mm长,一端加热将其内腔封闭,将封闭的盲端用剪刀修理平整光滑。自盲端向上15mm、20mm、25mm 处的管壁上各剪一小园孔直通内腔。导管的钢丝内心,自顶端小园圈下,相应的剪为60mm 长的一段插入泪道导管内直达盲端,管外恰留一园圈。
We designed and manufactured a resin lacrimal duct dilatation and irrigation catheter. Since 1980, 120 eyes have been treated and followed up with satisfactory results.
