本文概述了 Rieger 氏综合征,主要叙述了先征者及其家琶中出现的其例患者的体征、治愈、手术操作。在计论中,根据文献分析了本病的发病年龄,认为多在20—40岁之间,单眼发病多于双眼发病,以女性为多。本组患者均并发青光眼。本文还探讨了治疗办法,认为如合并青光眼可长期用药,本组病例中有一例将双眼做了虹膜,根切加烧灼,观察5个月,认为效果较好,随访2年视力仍保持尚好状态,眼压正常。
This article provides an overview of Rieger’s syndrome. It describes the signs, cures, and surgical procedures of the preemptive and their patients. In the theory, according to the literature analysis of the age of onset of this disease, that more than 20-40 years of age, monocular disease than the incidence of both eyes, more women. The patients were complicated by glaucoma. This article also explored the treatment, that if combined with long-term use of glaucoma, this group of patients in one case made the iris, radical plus burning, observed for 5 months, that the effect is better, 2 years of follow-up vision remained good , IOP normal.
