土壤镉含量是影响茶叶质量的关键性因素之一,对其空间分布规律加以揭示,可为茶叶生产与品质提升提供理论指导与调控建议。运用Arc GIS空间分析功能,对比分析江浙不同地域典型茶园表层土壤镉的空间分异特征。结果表明:江浙茶园土壤镉含量平均水平普遍不高,其中,江苏碧螺春茶园土壤镉含量最低,与其套种种植模式关系大。江苏茶园镉含量空间变异尺度大,相关性较弱,分异来源随机性强;浙江茶园空间变异尺度基本一致,相关性强,系统作用力更大。土壤镉含量插值得出各茶园镉含量分布规律不同,影响因素也有差异,区域地势形态、土壤类型是主要影响因素,水域以及人为活动也会对其产生影响。尽管规模化经营和标准化生产能提升茶叶品质,但单一性种植模式也会导致土壤镉的增加,因此,适度规模、套种模式更有利于茶叶品质的维护。
Soil cadmium content is one of the key factors affecting the quality of tea, its spatial distribution of the law to be revealed, for tea production and quality improvement to provide theoretical guidance and control recommendations. By using ArcGIS spatial analysis function, the spatial heterogeneity of cadmium in the surface soil of typical tea plantations in different regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces was comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the average level of cadmium in tea plantation soils in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces was generally not high. Among them, the content of cadmium in the soil of Biluochun tea plantation in Jiangsu Province was the lowest, which had a great relationship with the interplanting patterns. The spatial variation of cadmium content in tea plantation in Jiangsu Province was large, with low correlation and strong randomness. The scale of spatial variation of tea plantation in Zhejiang Province was basically the same with strong relativity and greater system force. Interpolation of soil cadmium concludes that there are different distribution rules of cadmium content in each tea plantation, and the influencing factors are also different. The topography of the area and the type of soil are the main influencing factors, and water and human activities also affect it. Although large-scale operation and standardized production can improve the quality of tea, single planting mode also leads to the increase of soil cadmium. Therefore, moderation and inter-planting mode are more conducive to the maintenance of tea quality.
