文章对沥青路面常用的3种SBS改性沥青混合料(AC-13、AC-20C和SUP-20)的动态模量进行检测。基于应用时-温等效原理平移生成动态模量主曲线,进而采用西格摩德模型对主曲线进行非线性回归。结果表明,3种沥青混合料的动态模量均随着加载速率的增大而增大,随着试验温度的升高而减小。围压为0k Pa时,SUP-20混合料动态模量在全频范围最大;围压为140k Pa时,AC-13混合料动态模量最小,SUP-20和AC-20C动态模量主曲线基本重合。施加140k Pa围压后,沥青混合料动态模量对温度的敏感性降低;随着加载频率的增大(温度降低),沥青混合料动态模量对围压的敏感性也有所降低。低频(高温)条件下,围压对沥青混合料动态模量影响较大;高频(低温)条件下,对动态模量基本没影响。
The dynamic modulus of three kinds of SBS modified asphalt mixture (AC-13, AC-20C and SUP-20) commonly used on asphalt pavement is tested. Based on the application of time-temperature equivalent principle, the main curve of dynamic modulus is generated and then the main curve is nonlinearly regressed by Sigmodel model. The results show that the dynamic moduli of three asphalt mixtures increase with the increase of loading rate and decrease with the increase of test temperature. When the confining pressure is 0k Pa, the dynamic modulus of SUP-20 mixture is the maximum in the full frequency range. When the confining pressure is 140kPa, the dynamic modulus of AC-13 mixture is the smallest. The main dynamic modulus of SUP-20 and AC-20C Basically coincide. After 140 kPa confining pressure was applied, the sensitivity of dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture to temperature decreased. With the increase of loading frequency (temperature decrease), the sensitivity of dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture to confining pressure also decreased. Under the condition of low frequency (high temperature), the confining pressure has a great influence on the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture, and has no effect on the dynamic modulus at high frequency (low temperature).
