本研究是全口义齿球面板排牙法系列研究中的一个课题。从表面上看,一般认为两圆弧间距离均匀一致时,其曲度也是一致的。然而本文作者从口腔医学、物理学和数学的不同角度,对圆形(牙合)曲面板(亦称球面板)凸凹两球面曲率的吻合性问题进行论证,得出了与传统观点不同的结论,即球面板厚度均匀一致时,凸凹两球面的曲率并不一致;只有当球面板中央厚边缘薄时才可能一致。这一理论对指导全口义齿采用球面板排牙,对进一步认识(牙合)曲线的生物力学规律,都具有参考价值。文章还论述了球面板曲率一致性的临床意义。
This study is a topic in the series of denture ball row denture method. On the surface, it is generally believed that the curvature of the two circular arcs is also consistent when the distance between them is uniform. However, from the perspectives of stomatology, physics and mathematics, the author demonstrates the coincidence of the curvature of the convex and concave spherical surfaces of a circular (occlusal) curved plate (also known as a spherical plate), and draws a conclusion that is different from the conventional viewpoints , That is, when the thickness of the spherical plate is uniform, the curvature of the convex-concave two spherical surfaces is inconsistent. Only when the central thick edge of the spherical plate is thin may be consistent. This theory has the reference value to guide the complete denture to adopt the spherical plate rowing teeth, and to understand the biomechanics law of occlusion curve. The article also discusses the clinical significance of the curvature of the spherical plate.
