众多成年患者要求快速正牙。作者10年来共对69例前牙明显反(牙合)患者做了牙外科正畸术,对牙列不齐及上唇后缩畸形的矫正,均获得满意效果。本文重点讨论了手术方法,并举典型病例及绘图说明。此手术方法简便,可在门诊条件下进行。
Many adult patients require fast orthodontics. In the past 10 years, the author has performed orthodontic surgery on 69 patients with obvious anti-occlusion of the anterior teeth, and achieved satisfactory results in the correction of misalignment of the dentition and upper deformity of the upper lip. This article focuses on the surgical methods, both typical cases and drawing instructions. This surgical method is simple and can be carried out in outpatient conditions.
