The authors have previously synthesized and studied 4-amino-substituted benzo (g) quinolines in which the aromatic-substituted compounds exhibit an almost anti-malarial effect similar to that of chloroquine. After that, the authors synthesized 4 4-aminobenzo (g) quinoline derivatives with aliphatic side chains and carried out animal experiments. Plasmodium falciparum in rodents and Plasmodium falciparum in chickens were tested for the anti-malarial effect of the compounds. The effect of these compounds on erythrocytic asexual malaria parasites is similar to that of chloroquine standard preparations. Each formulation is in experimental animals
