黄瓜枯萎病是北方保护地黄瓜主要病害之一。该病由土壤传染,引起整株枯死,连茬种植多年后,一般发病率在20~30%,严重地块可达70~80%,甚至绝产。几年来,我所进行了砧木选择、嫁接组合、嫁接技术等研究,肯定了云南产的黑籽南瓜为优良砧木,证实了嫁接黄瓜防病增产效果,研究出工效快、成本低、成活率高的嫁接新方法。筛选出几个较好的嫁接组合:如农大14、长春密刺、山东密刺与黑籽南瓜嫁接表现抗病性强、耐低温、根系发达、长势繁茂、增产显著、瓜条品质优良。目前在京、津地区有较大面积推广,深受菜农欢迎。现将黄瓜嫁接新方法及其苗期管理技术介绍如下: 一、黄瓜嫁接新技术常用靠接法、胚轴插接法、水平插接法、劈接法、双叶插接法、
