一、美术课是义务教育阶段的一门必修的艺术课程,是对学生进行美育、实施素质教育的重要途径。它对于陶冶情操,启迪智慧,促进学生德、智、体、美全面发展具有重要作用。为了进一步加强美术教学,改善办学条件,落实国家教育部颁布的《全国学校艺术教育总体规划(2001——2010)》,适应社会经济发展的需要,由国家教育部体育卫生与艺术教育司组织,在1995年国家教委颁布的《全日制初级中学美术教学器材配备目录》的基础上修订此目录。
First, the art class is a compulsory art course in the compulsory education stage. It is an important way for students to carry out aesthetic education and quality education. It plays an important role in fostering sentiment, enlightening wisdom, and promoting the development of students’ morality, intelligence, body, and beauty. In order to further strengthen the teaching of fine arts, improve the conditions for running schools, and implement the “National General Plan for School Art Education (2001-2010)” promulgated by the Ministry of Education, to meet the needs of social and economic development, it is organized by the Department of Sports Health and Art Education of the Ministry of Education. This catalogue was revised on the basis of the “Catalogue of Art Education Equipment for Full-time Junior High Schools” promulgated by the State Education Commission in 1995.
