教育部已正式颁布了《中小学图书馆(室)规程(修订)》(以下简称《规程》),这标志着中小学图书馆(室)工作进入了一个新的历史阶段。新规程是今后一个时期中小学图书馆工作必须遵循的规范,也是建馆治馆的法律依据。因此,我们要进一步学好文件,认真贯彻执行新规程,加快我市中小学图书馆(室)建设的步伐。
The Ministry of Education has formally promulgated the Procedural Regulations for Primary and Secondary Libraries (Rooms) (Revised) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), marking a new historical stage in the work of primary and secondary school libraries. The new rules are the norms that the primary and secondary school libraries must follow in the coming period and also the legal basis for building the museum. Therefore, we must further study the documents, conscientiously implement the new rules and speed up the construction of the city’s primary and secondary library (room).
