嘉定县教育局开展“改革小学毕业考试和高中招生制度”,课题研究,做了几件事:①刹住了初三重读风;②取消重点初中,应届小学毕业生按居住地就近入学;③去年在全县25所中心校中,允许办学思想端正、教改基础较好的4所学校自行组织毕业考试,不参加县小学生毕业会考以减轻学生负担,大面积提高教学质量。以往,初中毕业生面对“三考”:毕业考试、中师提前招生考试、升学考试;去年“三考改为二考”:毕业考试(兼中师招生考试)、升学考试。
