由北京医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会主办、北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科承办的“2016年北京地区耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学术年会”于2016年12月3日在北京召开,此次大会是每年一次北京地区耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学术盛会。当天下午在耳科分会场召开了关于“大前庭水管综合征的人工耳蜗植入时机选择”的圆桌会议,由杨仕明教授主持,出席嘉宾为高志强,马芙蓉,余力生,郑军,李永新,张亚梅,张华,杨华,赵辉,王秋菊,刘玉和等教授,对此问题进行了深入探讨,提出了不同的观点和看法。本文对会议内容进行简单总结,以期深化大家对于大前庭水管综合征(large vestibular aqueduct syndrome,LVAS)的认知,推动临床工作与基础研究的发展。本刊总编发起本讨论并希望通过圆桌讨论方式以期取得专家共识,推动耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学界对该病的研究最终获得诊治LVAS更合理科学的中国方案。
Hosted by Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Tongren Hospital, Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Tongren Hospital hosted the 2016 Annual Meeting of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in Beijing on December 3, 2016 in Beijing. Is an annual Beijing otolaryngology head and neck surgery academic event. On the afternoon of the same day, a round-table meeting on the timing of cochlear implantation of large vestibular aqueduct syndrome was held in the otolaryngology field. Moderated by Professor Yang Shiming, the guests present were Gao Zhiqiang, Ma Furong, Yu Lisheng, Zheng Jun, Li Yongxin, Zhang Yamei, Zhang Hua, Yang Hua, Zhao Hui, Wang Qiuju, Liu Yuhe and other professors conducted in-depth discussions on this issue and put forward different views and opinions. This article briefly summarizes the contents of the conference in order to deepen our understanding of the large vestibular aqueduct syndrome (LVAS) and to promote the development of clinical work and basic research. Our editor-in-chief initiated this discussion and hoped that through round-table discussions, we will seek consensus among experts to promote the study of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in this field and eventually obtain a more reasonable and scientific China program for diagnosis and treatment of LVAS.
