面对高中学生写作的种种困难,我为学生建立了随笔这样一个自由写作的多功能平台。首先要倡导真实的写作,作者为感情需要而写,为表达思想而作。学生的思想可能还有些幼稚,幻想有些离奇,抨击也可能过于偏激,但首先是鼓励他们写出来,然后再加以引导。我们的随笔指导也应该从学生对社会的感悟着手,培养新时代学生的灵气、悟性。为此我们制订了十六字方针“着眼人生,感悟生活,关注社会,解读人性。”这是真实写作的方向和来源。提倡写“自由作文”。让学生自由阅读、观察,练笔要放得开,搞得活,使他们有一块属于自己的写作小天地,真正
