职业教育担负着为社会主义现代化建设培养有一定专业劳动技能和良好职业道德修养的劳动后备力量的重要任务。学校培养出来的学生的实际工作能力以及职业道德表现情况,是衡量职中教学质量高低的尺码。 目前,我县的职中都是这几年由普通中学改办的,理论教学还算较好,但由于普遍存在着实习基地不足的问题,给实际操作技能教学和培养良好的职业道德带来一定的困难,这在很大程度上影响着教学质量的进一步提高。职业学校的学生,就算已学到一定的专业基础理论,若没有掌握实际操作技能,没有良好的职业道德修养,是不能成为对社会有用之材的。 笔者认为,要保证职中的教学质量,保证专业操作技能水平和良好职业道德的养成,必须打破普通中学偏重课堂教学,轻视课外实践的旧模式,积极地开展课外实践活动。通过实践活动可使学生加深理解、巩固已有理论知
