教师专业发展需要有多样化的渠道,多元化的层次,多形式的途径。教科研是对教师综合素质特别是专业化素质提高的有效途径之一。实践证明,名师的形成,专家型教师的成长等,都是在教科研引领下由一般教师走向研究型教师的。所以,研究如何构建区域教科研机制,打造民办幼儿园教师专业发展的宽阔平台,是摆在我们面前的现实问题。
Professional development of teachers needs a variety of channels, a wide range of multi-channel approach. Teaching and research is one of the effective ways to improve the overall quality of teachers, especially the professional quality. Practice has proved that the formation of famous teachers, the growth of expert teachers, are under the guidance of scientific research by the general teacher to research-oriented teachers. Therefore, studying how to construct a regional scientific research mechanism and creating a broad platform for the professional development of teachers in private kindergartens is a realistic problem before us.
