报道了东菱精纯克栓酶（ＤＦ－５２１）对缺血性脑血管病患者的血液流变学的影响，共３０例，均为血液流变学诸项指标中单项或多项增高者，在单用该药（ＤＦ－５２１１０ＢＵ加入０．９％生理盐水２５０ｍｌ中，静脉滴入，１ｈ以上滴完，隔日１次，共３次；但第２，３次均用５ＢＵ）后发现全血低切粘度、血液还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血小板聚集率及血浆纤维蛋白原在用药后１ｄ开始下降，３～７ｄ至最低水平，至用药后２０ｄ接近用药前水平，１２例作体外血栓形成试验检查，其血栓长度、湿重及干重在用药时亦同时下降。其原因可能与ＤＦ－５２１溶解血栓、抑制血栓形成、改善血液流变学状况等综合作用有关
