研究了AlZnMgCu合金经充分过时效处理后锯齿流变的再现.锯齿流变开始出现的临界应变εc是时效温度T及时效时间t的函数,从而得出锯齿流变再现的激活能约为2eV,相当于Al中空位形成能与Al中溶质原子扩散激活能之和.εc还是应变速率ε的函数.用位错运动的概念对现象进行了分析讨论
The reproduction of sawtooth rheology of AlZnMgCu alloy after sufficient aging treatment was studied. The critical strain εc at the onset of sawtooth rheology is a function of aging temperature T and aging time t, resulting in an activation energy of about 2eV for sawtooth rheological reproduction, which corresponds to the formation of Al vacancy and the diffusion activation energy of solute atoms in Al with. εc is also a function of the strain rate ε.
