资源型城市是指以自然资源开发为主导的工业城市。它们的共同特点是:1.产业结构以资源开发和粗加工产业为主;2.经济和科技较落后,缺资金、缺技术、缺管理;3.技术队伍结构偏重于所拥有资源的专业;4、科技、经济、社会的发展,常处于互相制约的不良循环状态。这些特点,决定它发展高技术不能采用加工型城市的已有模式,而应走一条新的具有自我特色的发展道路。其发展策略应当是:
Resource-based cities refer to industrial cities dominated by the development of natural resources. Their common characteristics are: 1. The industrial structure focuses on resource development and rough processing industries; 2. The economy and science and technology are relatively backward, lack of funds, lack of technology, and lack of management; 3.
