Shanghai Fire Protection Association, the third member congress, on the afternoon of May 23 in the City Fire Department 9th Floor Conference Hall was held. This is an important event in Shanghai’s firefighting industry this year. 101 member representatives from enthusiastic firefighters and 56 specially invited representatives attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Zhou Yongkui. Commissioned by the second executive council, Zhang Yongming, secretary general of the association, made a report on his work. The report comprehensively summarizes the work of the Shanghai Fire Protection Association in December 1990 when the second council was elected in four years.
