对LC4CSAl合金和30CrMnSiNi2A钢的疲劳试验件在大气环境预腐蚀两年后测定其疲劳寿命性能,检验了疲劳寿命的分布特性,分析了材料在大气环境预腐蚀后疲劳寿命分布的数字特征、寿命分散系数、疲劳S-N曲线等的变化,以及冷挤压强化孔的疲劳增寿效应与大气环境腐蚀日历时间之间的关系结果表明,随腐蚀日历时间的延长,疲劳寿命均值减小,寿命方差增加,疲劳寿命分散系数增大,冷挤压强化孔的疲劳增寿效应衰减.对于在大气腐蚀环境中使用的结构,所得结论是估算结构(特别是飞机结构)疲劳日历寿命的参考依据.
The fatigue life of LC4CSAl alloy and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel after fatigue pretreatment in atmospheric environment for two years was measured. The fatigue life characteristics of the LC4CSAl alloy and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel were tested. The digital characteristics of the fatigue life distribution of the LC4CSAl alloy and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel were analyzed. Coefficient, fatigue S-N curve and so on, as well as the relationship between the fatigue and longevity effect of the cold extrusion strengthened hole and the calendar time of atmospheric environment corrosion. The results show that with the extension of the corrosion calendar time, the mean value of the fatigue life decreases, Increases, the dispersion coefficient of fatigue life increases, and the fatigue and longevity effect of the cold extrusion strengthened hole attenuates. For structures used in atmospheric corrosion environments, the conclusions drawn are references for estimating fatigue calendar life for structures, especially aircraft structures.
