研究了内核乳剂化学增感时间以及铑盐掺杂对内敏乳剂正电子湮没的影响。随着内核乳剂化学增感时间的增加,内部感光度上升到一最大值,然后又下降。正电子湮没的平均寿命也随增感时间的上升而达到最大值,然后下降。正电子湮没的中间寿命随增感时间的上升变化不大,但其所占比份先下降后上升。当颗粒内部掺入铑盐量较大时,正电子湮没的中间寿命所占比份上升。这些结果表明,卤化银颗粒内部的空穴浓度和银离子空位浓度与乳剂制备条件有关。
The effects of chemical emulsion sensitization time and rhodium salt doping on the positron annihilation of internal emulsion were investigated. As the core emulsion chemosensitization time increases, the internal sensitivity rises to a maximum and then drops again. The average life expectancy of positron annihilation also increases with increasing sensitization time and then decreases. The lifetime of positron annihilation did not change much with the increase of sensitization time, but its share increased first and then increased. When the particle incorporation of rhodium salt is larger, the positron annihilation of the intermediate life expectancy increased. These results indicate that the hole concentration and silver ion vacancy concentration in the silver halide grains are related to the preparation conditions of the emulsion.
