本文报告了31例健康人血浆中TXB_2与6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的测定结果。并对51例急性脑梗塞患者血浆中TXB_2、6-Keto-PgF_(1α)进行了测定,结果表明急梗组病人较对照组血浆TXB_2明显增高P<0.01);而病入血浆中6-Keto-PGF_(1α)与对照组相比也有明显差异(P<0.01),TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_(1α)比值增大。40—50岁患者,血浆TXB_2含量明显高于同龄对照组(P<0.01),而6-Keto-PGF_(1α)含量组间差异不明显。测定结果提示,TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_(1α)失衡与脑血栓性梗塞发生有关;在急性脑梗塞发病机制中可能由于TXA_2生成增多,血小板活性增强所致。
This article reports the results of the determination of TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α) in 31 healthy volunteers. The plasma level of TXB_2, 6-Keto-PgF_ (1α) in 51 patients with acute cerebral infarction was measured. The results showed that the TXB_2 level in plasma of patients with acute stroke was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01) PGF_ (1α) also had significant difference compared with control group (P <0.01), and TXB_2 / 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α) ratio increased. The content of TXB_2 in plasma of 40-50 years old group was significantly higher than that of the same age control group (P <0.01), while the content of 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α) group was not obvious. The results suggest that the imbalance of TXB_2 / 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α) is related to the occurrence of cerebral thrombotic infarction. The pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction may be due to increased TXA_2 production and increased platelet activity.
