对一种新型基于流体动力学基础上研制的超音速喷枪的性能进行研究。使用常规超音速喷枪及新型超音速喷枪进行对比喷涂实验,结果显示新型喷枪有着明显的优势。新型超音速燃烧室及枪管使火焰与颗粒间的动能和热能交换更加均匀。涂层性能对比试验显示使用改进型喷枪所获得的涂层显微硬度及致密性有一定的提高,而涂层冶金反应却明显地减少了。在对涂层按ASTM G65标准进行检测中发现,涂层的耐磨性能也得到了明显的提升。
The performance of a new type of supersonic gun developed on the basis of fluid dynamics was studied. Compared with the conventional supersonic gun and the new supersonic gun spray test, the results show that the new gun has obvious advantages. The new supersonic combustion chamber and barrel make flame and particle kinetic energy and heat exchange more uniform. The comparative test of coating performance shows that the micro-hardness and densification of the coatings obtained by the improved spray gun are improved to a certain extent, while the coating metallurgical reaction is obviously reduced. In the coating according to ASTM G65 testing found that the wear resistance of the coating has also been significantly improved.
