葛菊英,女,1950年12月出生,镇海人。1968年参加工作,1970年入党,现任镇海区招宝山街道后大街社区党委书记、社区居委会主任。1974年25岁的葛菊英从担任当时的城关镇后大街街道党支部书记起,整整30年,她就没有离开过\\\"小巷总理\\\"这个位子。也许,这里叙述的仅仅是她30年事迹中的几件小事,但是可以从中看到一名始终战斗在社区一线共产党员的崇高品质和忘我工作的情操。
Ge Juying, female, born in December 1950, Zhenhai people.
