在一些原法属殖民地国家和地区,存在一种业主以传统项目管理模式的管理理念来组织实施设计—施工(DB)总承包项目的现象,管理理念与管理模式的冲突催生出一种复合型总价合同。本文主要介绍复合型总价合同的工程量清单,研究其在计量支付过程中发挥的核心作用,阐述工程量清单变更的类型和方法,并分析工程量清单的应用对项目主要参与方产生的影响,供中国国际工程承包企业参考。
