商品流通企业与国民经济的发展及社会生活的稳定有着极大的联系,对满足国民经济的正常发展及人们日常生活的需要有着重要的意义。内控管理是随着国民经济的发展而形成的一门管理学科,对企业的发展有着重要的作用,特别是商品流通企业,由于其自身的特点,建立科学、系统、有效的内控管理体制有着重要的意义。本文就目前商品流通企业在内控管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并就加强内控管理的措施提出了自己的见解。
