采用X射线衍射定量分析法的外标法和K值法(基体清洗法),对21个膨润土样品中的方石英和α-石英物相进行了定量分析,通过验证实验,对外标法和K值法的定量精度进行了评估。分析结果表明:对于同一种物相,外标法的定量分析结果均大于K值法,2种方法定量分析同一物相的差值随检测相含量的增加而增大;由于基体吸收效应的影响,外标法的定量误差无规律性且无法通过实验消除,K值法的误差主要来源于K值的误差。采用了一种作图求取K值的方法,用该法求取的K值进行分析,精度明显提高,并远高于外标法的分析精度。
Quantitative analysis of cristobalite and α-quartz phases in 21 samples of bentonite was carried out by external standard method and K value method (matrix cleaning method) by X-ray diffraction quantitative analysis. Through the verification experiments, the external standard method and K The quantitative accuracy of the value method was evaluated. The analysis results show that the quantitative analysis results of the external standard method are all greater than the K value method for the same phase, and the difference between the two methods for the quantitative analysis of the same phase increases with the increase of the detected phase content. Due to the influence of the matrix absorption effect , The quantitative error of external standard method is irregular and can not be eliminated experimentally. The error of K value method mainly comes from the error of K value. A method of drawing K value is adopted. The K value calculated by this method is analyzed, the accuracy is obviously improved, and it is much higher than the analysis accuracy of external standard method.
