感应同步器数字显示位移表(数显表)是采用直线式感应同步器(定滑尺)作为机械位移的检测元件,采用数显表作为信号放大、模数转化及数值显示的自动测量装置。我厂于75年底开始作应用数显技术的试验。先后在 T68镗床上安装了上海电表厂生产的Py2型数字位移表,这是仿意大利奥利维蒂(O Iivetti)公司的数显表改进后生产的鉴幅型数显表(分立元件);贵阳无线电二厂试制的 WS-X Ⅱ型数显表(鉴相型 TTL 电路);永青示波器厂试制的 Py4型数显表(鉴幅型 PMOS 电路)。在 X2120龙门铣镗床采用三坐标数显;
