直径3200毫米氨合成塔球形封头电渣焊缝中存在有“拉丝状”缺陷(有些单位称之为八字裂纹)。为此我们进行无塑性(NDT)转变温度和断裂韧性测定,单向拉伸和三点弯曲疲劳试验,并在此基础上应用断裂力学进行了理论性分析和疲劳寿命估算。经分析结果,这些缺陷的存在对容器使用寿命有些影响,但有可能安全使用20年以上。另外还谈了几点今后改进意见和应引起注意的问题。
There is a “wiredrawing” defect in some of the 3200mm ammonia synthesis spherical head head ESR welds (some units call it “crackle”). For this reason, we conducted NDT transition temperature and fracture toughness tests, uniaxial tensile tests and three-point bending fatigue tests. Based on this, we conducted theoretical analysis and fatigue life estimation using fracture mechanics. As a result of the analysis, the existence of these defects has some effect on the service life of the container, but it is possible to use it safely for more than 20 years. In addition, I talked a few questions about improvement of opinions and attention that should be paid in the future.
