1.通过提肛肌的筛选肯定了4氯睾丸素乙酸酯有较强的促同化作用。丙酸睾丸素的M/A为0.3,4氯睾丸素乙酸酯为1.0左右。2.在小鼠的试验中亦肯定了4氯睾丸素的向肾作用,能使肾脏重量增加24.7%(10天)肾脏精氨酸酶活性,亦显著增加,在相同剂量水平4CIT.A.之雄性素作用祗为T.P.之1/10。3.T.P.与4CIT.A.对胸腺均有明显抑制作用。4.中药胎盘粉每日口服1.0克,证明有雄性素作用,但并无促肌作用,对胸腺亦无抑制作用。5.甘草浸膏每日口服1.0克可引起提肛肌性腺之进一步萎缩,但未见有拮抗睾丸素的作用。
