医院是公益性的社会福利事业单位。各级医院的宗旨是“救死扶伤,实行革命人道主义”和全心全意为人民服务,它的最终目的在于实现我国2000年人人享有卫生保健,是提高人民的生活质量,为社会和经济发展服务。因此,医院在适应社会主义经济体制,转换经营机制中,要处理好以下几个关系问题: 1.正确处理好社会效益与经济效益的辩证关系,二者不可分割,不可背离和偏废。要强化经营管理,转变经营意识,就必须强调对外开放,对内搞活,
The hospital is a public welfare social welfare institution. The purpose of hospitals at all levels is to “save the dead and help the wounded, implement revolutionary humanitarianism” and serve the people whole-heartedly. Its ultimate goal is to achieve health care for all in China in 2000, to improve the people’s quality of life and to serve the social and economic development. Therefore, in adapting to the socialist economic system and transforming the operating mechanism, the hospital must handle the following relationship problems: 1. Correctly handle the dialectical relationship between social benefits and economic benefits. The two are inseparable, and they must not be departed or neglected. To strengthen business management and change business awareness, we must emphasize openness to the outside world and invigorate domestic resources.
