用一定量鹿血酒给大鼠灌胃，以观察其对大鼠肝脏功能的影响。实验结果表明，鹿血酒可显著降低大鼠肝脏过氧化脂质的含量，对血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性无显著影响，说明鹿血酒对肝细胞膜具有保护作用。
The rats were given intragastric administration with a certain amount of deer blood alcohol to observe their effects on rat liver function. The experimental results show that deer blood wine can significantly reduce the content of lipid peroxide in rat liver, and has no significant effect on serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity, indicating that deer blood wine has protective effect on hepatocyte membrane.
