目的:观察沙棘全成份口服给药对小鼠应激能力及一些血液生化指标的影响。方法:将实验小鼠根据体重随机分3组、高剂量组经口灌服30%沙棘匀浆0.3ml/10g;低剂量组30%沙棘匀浆0.2ml/10g;对照组灌服生理盐水0.2ml/10g,每日1次,连续7d,末次给药后1h,观察小鼠耐缺氧、耐疲劳(游泳)及耐寒(-15℃)、耐热(45℃)能力的变化。同时尾静脉取血测血红蛋白含量、血小板数、凝血时间。眼球摘除取血测定血清甘油三脂、乳酸脱氢酶活力变化。结果:沙棘全成份增加小鼠对缺氧的耐受性,延长生存时间,降低耗氧量;增加小鼠耐寒、耐热、耐疲劳能力,使小鼠的生存时间,游泳时间均较对照组延长。血液生化指标测定,血红蛋白含量、乳酸脱氢酶活力明显增加,凝血时,血小板数,甘油三酯含量无明显变化。结论:沙棘全成份口服使血红蛋白含量,乳酸脱氢酶活力增加从而增强小鼠的应激能力。实验中未发现有明显的量效关系。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of oral administration of all ingredients of sea buckthorn on stress ability and some blood biochemical parameters in mice. Methods: The experimental mice were randomly divided into 3 groups according to body weight, high-dose group was orally administered 30% seabuckthorn homogenate 0.3ml/10g; low-dose group 30% seabuckthorn homogenate 0.2ml/10g; control group irrigation physiological 0.2ml/10g of saline, once daily for 7 days, 1 hour after the last administration, observing mice’s tolerance to hypoxia, fatigue (swimming), cold-resistance (-15°C) and heat-resistance (45°C) . At the same time, blood was taken from the tail vein to measure hemoglobin content, platelet count, and clotting time. The enucleation of blood was taken to measure changes in serum triglyceride and lactate dehydrogenase activity. Results: The whole composition of sea buckthorn increased the tolerance to hypoxia in mice, prolonged the survival time and reduced the oxygen consumption; increased the cold-resistance, heat-resistance and fatigue-resistance of mice, and made the survival time and swimming time of mice better than the control group. extend. Blood biochemical indicators, hemoglobin content, lactate dehydrogenase activity increased significantly, coagulation, platelet count, triglyceride content did not change significantly. Conclusion: The whole composition of sea buckthorn can increase the hemoglobin content and lactate dehydrogenase activity and enhance the stress ability of mice. No significant dose-effect relationship was found in the experiment.
