本文报告了硒、碲在六种不同溶剂中的薄层层析试验结果;选出了能获得分离良好、色斑正常的展开剂(正丁醇/浓硫酸/水:容积比50/5/45上层清液或正丁醇/浓硫酸/水:容积比50/2.5/47.5上层清液)。在前一溶剂中硒的R_f值为0.84,碲的R_f 值为0.49;在后者中硒R_f=0.85,碲R_f=0.40。用该两溶剂展开,二氯化锡作显色剂时,硒、碲的鑑定灵敏度均达5微克。亦曾在此条件下,试验了有大量多种其他离子共存时硒、碲的分离和鑑定,结果表明:多量的SO_4~=、NO_3~-、Cl~-、Bi~(+3)、Pb~(+2)、Fe~(+3)、Cu~(+2)Ag~+,均不干扰;Au~(+3)量不大时亦无甚影响。但在多种离子混合试液中硒的鑑定灵敏度降为10微克,碲降为约15微克。
This paper reports the results of thin-layer chromatography of selenium and tellurium in six different solvents, and selects a developing agent with good separation and normal stain (butanol/concentrated sulfuric acid/water: volume ratio 50/5/ 45 supernatant or n-butanol/concentrated sulfuric acid/water: volume ratio 50/2.5/47.5 supernatant). The R_f value of selenium in the previous solvent was 0.84, and the Rf value of antimony was 0.49; in the latter selenium R_f=0.85, antimony R_f=0.40. When the two solvents were developed and tin dichloride was used as a coloring agent, the sensitivity of selenium and tellurium identification reached 5 μg. Under this condition, the separation and identification of selenium and tellurium when a large number of other ions coexisted have been tested. The results show that: a large amount of SO_4~=, NO_3~-, Cl~-, Bi~(+3), Pb The (~(+2), Fe~(+3), Cu~(+2)Ag~+) do not interfere, and there is no significant effect when the Au~(+3) amount is small. However, the sensitivity of the identification of selenium in a variety of ion-mixed test solutions was reduced to 10 μg, and the enthalpy decreased to approximately 15 μg.
