小罗庄风井十九轨道石门揭煤前打11个穿层冲孔,冲出66吨煤炭,冲排出瓦斯量32809米~3;揭煤后又在本煤层中打8个冲孔,冲出18吨煤,冲出瓦斯4832米~3,为原始煤体瓦斯的32.83%。通过冲孔喷出大量煤炭和瓦斯,钻孔周围发生激烈的位移和膨胀,增加了巷道断面内及其周围煤的湿度和强度,起到了防止突出作用。在小罗庄风井石门揭煤冲孔过程中,我们和建井处三工区的同志们一起对水力冲孔的应用条件和冲孔的有关参数作了一些测定和分析。由于冲孔尚未完全结束,资料也未全部集中起来,现将初步整理的资料加以分析,提出不够成熟的认识,供作研究参考。
