近年来,处于长江金三角富裕地区的江阴市周庄镇,有一个十分引人瞩目的劳武企业——江阴市色织二厂。这个厂最早由6民兵起家,如今已拥有职工2000多人,形成了一个总厂六个分厂的色织生产一条龙企业集团。去年5月,江苏省人民政府、江苏省军区授予江阴市色织二厂“明星企业”称号。在召开命名大会上,无锡军分区宣布给色织二厂民兵荣记集体二等功。
