我国著名茶学专家、湖南省茶叶学会理事、《茶叶通讯》编辑委员会副主任委员、我所栽培研究室主任、研究员、中国共产党优秀党员王秀铿同志因病医治无效,不幸于1990年3月31日凌晨在长沙逝世,享年64岁。王秀铿同志1926年5月出生于湖南省衡南县的一个农民家庭。1953年7月毕业于湖南农学院,分配到湖南省农林厅工作。1954年调入本所任技术员,1981年出任副研究员,1988年出任研究员。1985年光荣加入中国共产党。王秀铿同志历任湖南省茶叶试验站工会主席,湖
