乌江梯级电站是我国第一个由同一业主建设、经营管理的多级电站首尾相连的大型水电站群。它充分利用水能资源、合理发挥综合功能、科学保护生态环境,体现了科学发展观的内在要求。然而,由于上网电价过低等原因,乌江梯级电站面临着一些影响可持续发展的重大问题。为此,贵州省价格协会和省水电工程学会合作,于2011年完成《乌江干流梯级电站统一上网电价研究》的课题报告,以期为贵州乌江梯级电站可持续发展提供对策建议。
Wujiang Cascade Power Station is the first large-scale hydropower station group in China that is connected by the same owner and operated by a multi-level power station. It takes full advantage of hydropower resources, rational utilization of integrated functions, scientific protection of the ecological environment, embodies the inherent requirements of the scientific concept of development. However, Wujiang cascade power plants are facing some major problems that affect sustainable development due to the low price of on-grid electricity. To this end, Guizhou Province Price Association and the Provincial Institute of Hydropower Engineering, completed in 2011, “Wujiang River Cascaded Power Station Unified Feed-in Tariff Research” project report, with a view to Guizhou Wujiang cascade hydropower station sustainable development to provide countermeasures.
