在目前初中英语课堂教学中存在着一个普遍的特征:教师把重点放在词汇、语法、句型的记忆上,从而会忽视了文化教学,而现行的2011版的《义务教育英语课程标准》明确指出英语教学既要体现英语学习的工具性也要体现其人文性,从而全面提高学生的综合人文素养。本文提出了几点如何在英语课堂中进行文化意识渗透,来实现英语教学的“体验小课堂,触摸大文化”的目标。
At present, there is a universal characteristic in English classroom teaching in junior middle school. Teachers focus on the memory of vocabulary, grammar and sentence patterns, thus neglecting the teaching of culture. However, the current 2011 version of the Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard It points out that English teaching should not only embody the instrumentalities of English learning but also embody its humanity, so as to improve students’ overall humanistic accomplishment. This article puts forward some questions on how to infiltrate the cultural awareness in the English classroom to achieve the goal of “teaching a small classroom and touching a big culture” in English teaching.
