病例:27岁,农民,孕3产2。因妊娠289天,持续腹痛5小时收住院。平素月经正常,停经四月余初感胎动,自觉此次妊娠腹部膨大明显,整个孕期未做任何检查。患者临产后宫口开全,胎儿不能自然分娩,到当地医院就医,用催产药物后2小时突然出现下腹撕裂样剧痛,继而宫缩停止,大汗淋漓,随即转入我院,来院途中晕厥两次。查体:无血压,痛苦表情,重度贫血貌。腹部高度膨隆,尤以下腹部为甚,腹围112cm,全腹压痛与反跳痛,
