我国各级非物质文化遗产名录制度的建立,是一件至关重要的大事,已经在我国文化建设事业中产生了重大影响。在它的初创阶段,难免存在一些问题,大致是:一、名录的分类体系需要更加科学合理。如果过于零乱,乃至自相矛盾,就会“抓了芝麻,丢了西瓜”。二、关于“申报地区或单位”的认定需要改进。应该提倡“通力协作”的精神,克服“地方保护主义”。三、名录制度和保护非物质文化遗产的整体工作有待进一步梳理。尚未进入名录的项目,或是并非名录的申报地区或单位的,应该如何注意保护非物质文化遗产,也应引起高度关注。
The establishment of the system of non-material cultural heritage at all levels in our country is a crucial event that has had a significant impact on the cause of cultural construction in our country. In its initial stage, it is inevitable that there are some problems, roughly: First, the classification system of directories needs to be more scientific and rational. If too messy, and even self-contradictory, will “caught sesame seeds, lost watermelon ”. Second, on the “declaration of the region or unit ” identified need to be improved. We should advocate the spirit of “unite cooperation” and overcome “local protectionism.” Third, the inventory system and the overall work of safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage need to be further sorted out. Items that have not yet entered the list, or areas or units not declared in the list, should also pay great attention to the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage.
