青少年的短跑训练要更科学的进行速度训练,才能提升运动成绩。根据短跑项目的特点,总结出以短跑技术为中心的全面身体训练的观点和发展短跑运动员步长、步频,对速度,速度耐力,专项力量,跑的放松技能等专项训练,并归纳出相适应的训练方法。要抓好这个时期的训练就要根据不同方面熟悉这个阶段的生理特性,并使用合理规范的训练手段,从而提高青少年运动员的运动成绩。
