人力资源管理在组织管理活动中具有极其重要的作用,是其中重要的组成成分。要想确保其他工作能够顺利的开展,就需要我们切实的将人力资源管理工作做好。在本文中,我们以我国事业单位的人力资源管理工作为例,系统分析了当前在人力资源管理工作中存在的一些共性问题,并对怎样解决这些难题提出了可行性的措施。
Human resource management plays an important role in the organization and management activities and is an important part of it. To ensure that other work can be smoothly carried out, we need to effectively human resources management work well. In this paper, we take the human resources management of our institutions as an example to systematically analyze some common problems existing in human resources management and put forward feasible measures to solve these problems.
